A CIMA PROPERTIES development · Comayagua, Honduras
67 hectares of mixed-use urban development facing Palmerola International Airport. A city planned around people.
The concept
In 2022, CIMA PROPERTIES acquired 67 hectares facing the new Palmerola International Airport with a clear purpose: to create an urban development designed for life.
Distrito Palmerola is a new chapter for Comayagua. More than a territorial expansion, it represents an urban evolution with better public spaces, new economic opportunities, greater connectivity and urban life built around people.
Essential and recreational activities overlap to weave the fabric of public life, encouraging everyday encounters among workers, residents and visitors.
Strategic location
At the center of the Americas: next to the new international airport, on the Pan-American Highway and with access to Atlantic and Pacific ports.
Master plan
